18A Create a Customer Avatar

The prototypical customer I'm choosing to focus on is a young girl suffering from a mild form of acne. I think my possible range of customers is much broader than this, but I think a young girl would be most likely to care about her skin, especially if she has acne. She's 17 years old and a junior in high school. She would have to have some way to buy the service, and later the products that are recommended to her, so  works at Starbucks because it's accessible for young people and maybe a little more sophisticated than a fast food job. I imagine her to drive a pretty modest car, because my service focuses on affordability and reliability rather than luxury. It would be a neutral color like black, white, or tan. She probably watches popular shows for people her age when they gain popularity (like Outer Banks or Stranger Things), but I think she would also like to spend her time watching Youtube beauty influencers. She probably has tried many products that they recommend, and not any of them have really worked well for her. She's a little self-conscious because she doesn't fully fit the ideal standard of beauty, but her appearance is pretty. Her hobbies include tennis, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and painting. She's creative, selfless, but a little naive. 

I think I have a lot in common with her, especially when I was 17. I had a job, I drove a similar car, and I shared her personality traits and feelings. I think it's no coincidence how similar we are because I suffered from some mild skin problems like acne, and I think that has really inspired me to come up with this idea for a service. I really would want it to be accessible and well known for girls like this to get this skin help they need at home.
